Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of bail in Andhramath P.S. Case no. 44 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under sections 307, 324, 427 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 27 of Arms Act. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected upto Apex Court vide Annexure 3 to this petition. Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground of delay in trial. On the last occasion, report was called for regarding stage of the trial. Report of the trial court has been received which reveals that trial is being delayed on account of accused persons.
