Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other family members is to have tortured and burnt to death daughter of the informant due to non-fulfilment of dowry. Earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1 to the present application. This is the second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. A report was called for from the trial court regarding stage of the case. It has been reported that out of ten prosecution

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32625 of 2016 (3) dt.07-09-2016 2/2 witnesses, eight witnesses have already been examined and the trial is expected to be concluded within a period of two months. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, same is rejected. The trial court at Muzaffarpur is directed to conclude the trial in connection with Sakra P. S. Case no. 204 of 2011 preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The present application stands disposed of.
