After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, New Secretariat, Bihar, Patna by filing appropriate representation in light of the order dated 02.05.2023 passed by the District Magistrate, Nalanda. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
