The petitioner seeks bail in G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 78 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a), 34, 36, 38 and 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 42.420 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from house of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 12.7.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51141 of 2019(2) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-2nd - cum Special Judge, Excise, Siwan, in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 78 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
