ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 31-03-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 20.06.2015 passed by the 4th Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge, Patna in Cr. Appeal No. 2240 of 2014/ Tr. No. 32 of 2014 by which he has dismissed the Cr. Appeal preferred against the order dated 19.06.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in Domestic Violence Case No. 05 of 2012.

Considering that the petitioner is residing in matrimonial home with her children who happen to be the grand son of the Opposite Party no. 2, I see no reason for interference. However, the Opposite Party no. 2 is directed not to disturb the possession or title of the petitioner and maintain the grand children to the best of his ability.
