The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act, in which charge sheet has been submitted u/s 363, 366(A), 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.
The prosecution case in nutshell is that minor daughter of the informant went missing and on intense

No.54950 of 2023(3) dt.28-11-2023 2/3 search, informant came to know that petitioner along with other co-accused persons has abducted her daughter for the purpose of solemnization of marriage. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner and the victim are in love relation. Moreover, Petitioner is in judicial custody since 9.2.2023.
In contra, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner and submitted that victim has specifically stated about the complicity of petitioner in her abduction and forcefully commission of sexual relationship with her.
Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of allegation, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and, as such, his prayer for bail stands rejected. Learned trial court is directed to expedite the
