2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is alleged that petitioner has thrown hot rice water (maadh) upon the body of the informant's father and also thrown gas and put fire upon the informant's father with intent to kill him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further

No.54957 of 2025(3) dt.16-10-2025 2/3 submits that petitioner was engaged in some domestic work and she was cooking the rice and put the vessel of hot rice water aside and in the meantime, her father-in-law came and accidentally fallen upon the pot of hot rice water after which he sustained burn injury. He further submits that from perusal of the Injury Report, the doctor has mentioned that there is total 18% of burn injury around head, side face and chest of the injured. He next submits that prior to the alleged occurrence, the petitioner was being tortured by her husband (informant) and his family members due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand for which she has already filed a complaint case vide Complaint Case No.2946 of 2023, which is pending. He further submits that petitioner is a lady and is in custody since 06.06.2025 and she has got clean antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional
