This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Ghoshi (Okari O.P.) Police Station Case No. 117 of 2020, disclosing offences under Sections 188, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 333, 337, 338, 353, 427, 307, 379, 186, 216, 223, 224, 269, 271, 272 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they had resisted the medical team from conducting COVID-19 test of Shailendra Singh on which some villagers and the petitioners and other named and unknown persons misbehaved with the

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that on similar ground, co-accused persons have been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.11.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.25421 of 2020. Learned Addl. P.P. has opposed and the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforementioned fact and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Ghoshi (Okari O.P.) Police Station Case No. 117 of 2020, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
