Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 702 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 326, 332, 333, 224, 225, 188, 353, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ladies and there are general and omnibus allegations against them.
Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

No.10571 of 2021(4) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 702 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is also subject to the condition that at the time of furnishing the bail bonds, the petitioners shall produce a receipt showing deposit of Rs.15,000/- in the Legal Aid Committee, Civil Court, Araria. If such a receipt is produced, the bail bonds of the petitioners shall be accepted by the Court below and if the receipt is not produced the bail bonds of the petitioners shall not be accepted by the Court below.
