Sundaram appearing on behalf of the Bihar Staff Selection Commission.

2. The claim of the petitioner is for consideration of her case against the unfilled posts out of 34540/- of the Assistant Teachers.

3. Mr. Sundaram submits that the Commission has already invited objections and is considering the case of all eligible candidates in accordance with the guidelines of the Apex Court and the petitioner may file her objection in terms of the advertisement. In

Patna High Court CWJC No.547 of 2017 dt.01-12-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner files his objection in response to the advertisement, the commission will consider the claim of the petitioner objectively along with the other eligible candidates.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file objection in response to the advertisement published by the Commission and in case such objection is filed by the petitioner, the Commission will consider the case of the petitioner along with the other eligible candidates.
