This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Imadpur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 120-B, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me an order dated 21.10.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27231 of 2020, by which similarly situated co-accused person has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. For the reason recorded in the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10483 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 21.10.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27231 of 2020, this application is also allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
