====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Andharathari P.S. Case No. 74 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is Dewar of the deceased. The husband is already in custody. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that co-accused Bebi Devi has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.9.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 57172 of 2018.

In the written report there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 17.7.2018.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IIIrd, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Andharathari P.S. Case No. 74 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
