The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

One stolen mobile is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 25.04.2016 and the investigation against him has already been completed.

Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S.
