Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 413, 414 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From a Scorpio vehicle, several A.T.M. Cards were recovered and the named accused persons including the petitioner were arrested from the vehicle.

Submission is that recovery was not from physical possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2020. Investigation of the case against the petitioner is already complete. Similarly situated co-accused Ranjeet Kumar has been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10428 of 2021(3) dt.08-07-2021 2/2 order dated 28.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12196 of 2021 (Annexure-1).

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Goh Police Station Case No. 150 of 2020, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
