Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 70 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the uncle of deceased who in his written report has stated that due to torture committed by petitioner deceased committed suicide.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and the relation of deceased wife and petitioner were cordial and happy and they were blessed with two sons, she committed suicide for unknown reasons for which petitioner cannot be held responsible. Petitioner has no criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67960 of 2018(3) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 antecedent and is in custody since 24.04.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Vth Darbhanga, in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 70 of 2018.
