The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 117 of 2018, registered for offence punishable under Sections 353, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-AA), 25(1-A), 25(1-D), 25(1-B)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. There is a complete violation of provisions under Section 100 Cr.P.C.
