Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act after investigation chargesheet has been submitted under Section 396 of I.P.C. and 27 of Arms Act.
The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity with murder is against unknown. During investigation, on the basis of mobile location of the petitioner near the place of occurrence, the petitioner has been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete.

No.10409 of 2021(2) dt.01-07-2021 2/2 Considering no direct material against the petitioner in this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bithan Police Station Case No.95 of 2019, S.Tr.No.45 of 2020 with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
