The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 504, 448, 354, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted the informant's husband and her mother-in-law. It is alleged that petitioner Prakash Yadav fired which did not cause injury to anyone.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35613 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 petitioners that petitioners' side filed Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 47 of 2015 making accusation under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act against the informant side at earlier point of time and thereafter the present case has been lodged.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that earlier also the petitioners'' side made assault for which a case was lodged.

Considering the case lodged by the petitioners' side at earlier point of time, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 48 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
