2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents.

3. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent no. 1, Commissioner, Koshi Division, Saharsa to dispose of Supply Revision Case No. 340 of 2014; for further direction to the respondents to restore the P.D.S. shop licence no. 51/2008; and for connected reliefs.

4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.6456 of 2017 dt.16-05-2018 2/2 submits that it will suffice if the petitioner's Supply Revision Case No. 340 of 2014 pending before the Commissioner, Koshi Division, Saharsa (Respondent No. 1) is directed to be disposed of, in which event, the present writ petition need not be pressed on merits.

5. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and has been heard.

6. Having regard to the nature of the grievances and the stand of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner, Koshi Division, Saharsa (Respondent No. 1) to consider and dispose of the petitioner's Supply Revision Case No. 340 of 2014, if the same is still pending before him, after grant of opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this judgment.
