2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with K. Nagar (Srinagar) P.S. Case No.119 of 2024 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 447, 323, 324, 384, 325, 379, 354B, 427, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, 21 accused persons including petitioners and 10 unknown accused persons came at the land of informant with lathi-danda and other arms and assaulted the driver of the tractor, the informant and his family members.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute pending between the parties. Petitioners and informant are close relatives. Except injury of Khushbu Khatoon and one injury of Md. Yusuf, the injuries on other injured are simple in nature. There is specific allegation against accused Md. Shamim and Md. Gulam Mustafa, who are not the petitioners herein. The whole family members have been implicated in this case with ulterior motive. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Nagar (Srinagar) P.S. Case No.119 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
