By order dated 06.03.2017, show cause was issued to the petitioner as to why he should not be criminally prosecuted for suppression of his criminal antecedent in the bail petition. In pursuance of that order, show cause was filed on behalf of Pairvikar of the petitioner on 17.03.2017 which would be evident from the show cause at Flag-'S'. Therefore, apparently, the show cause is on behalf of the petitioner. Since deponent of the show cause is father of the petitioner and is also deponent of the bail petition it has caused confusion to the office that the show cause was from the father of petitioner. Therefore, the order dated 21.03.2017 has correctly been drawn that the show cause has been filed on behalf of the petitioner and not the father of the petitioner who is deponent of this case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51990 of 2016 (5) dt.03-05-2017 Office is directed to proceed accordingly.
