1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.
2. The present application has been filed for restoration of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67948 of 2024(2) dt.13-09-2024 2/2 Cr. W.J.C. No. 385 of 2022, which got dismissed due to noncompliance of the peremptory order, dated 03.08.2023.
3. For the reasons stated in this application, the same is allowed and the connected case, bearing Cr. W.J.C. No. 385 of 2022, is restored to its original file, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall remove the remaining defects, if any and/or any correction in the petition, as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter, within two weeks, peremptory.
