The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Samastipur Rail P.S. Case No.143 of 2018 registered under Sections 20, 22 of N.D.P.S. Act.

The informant arrested one Sandeep Kumar and from his possession one bag was recovered, on search 9.5 k.g. Ganja was found and besides this, other articles were recovered. Sandeep Kumar disclosed that Ganja belonged to Harikesh Yadav whose younger brother handed over the bag to him for carrying the same and to hand over to Rajeev Kumar, the care taker of Sulabh Sauchalaya situated near bus stand, Gopalganj. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71979 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 petitioner. The apprehended accused from whose possession, 9.5 k.g. Ganja was recovered disclosed the name of the petitioner that he was to hand over the Ganja to the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Rail P.S. Case No.143 of 2018.
