2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 319 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 118, 109, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per allegation made in the FIR, it is alleged that the petitioner, along with other co-accused persons, came to the place of occurrence on motorcycles. It is specifically alleged that the petitioner assaulted the informant with a knife, causing multiple injuries. It is further alleged that when Arjun Kumar intervened to save the informant, he was also assaulted and sustained 4-5 injuries.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that there is case and counter case. Both the parties have suffered injuries. The petitioner is a person of

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 319 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
