The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Bela P.S. Case No.228 of 2019 instituted under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the petitioner had moved this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.61454 of 2021 was taken up and rejected on merit on 21.04.2022.

However, without waiting for the cooling off period, under ill-advice, the petitioner once again chose to prefer the present bail application on 07.09.2022.

Nothing fresh has come up to reconsider the earlier

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52918 of 2022(2) dt.18-10-2022 2/2 order passed in the bail application. The same is accordingly rejected.
