The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 302 and some other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that Mamta Devi, the deceased, had passion for job and she wanted to get employed. The petitioner had taken Rs. 5 lacs from her on assurance of providing her job but the petitioner neither provided her job nor returned the money and on demand the petitioner threatened to kill her.

It is submitted that except this there is no material to implicate the petitioner.

It appears that Mamta Devi was killed in a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34209 of 2015 (3) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 conspiracy hatched by many persons to grab her land and money. The petitioner appears to be one of them.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
