Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 14 of 2016 registered under Sections- 448, 376, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that victim was examined in which no sign of rape was found and her age was assessed to be 19-20 years. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 21.09.2016. Charge has been framed in the case vide order dated 26.04.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1677 of 2017 (4) dt.05-07-2017 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purna in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 14 of 2016.
