Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 20.1.2022.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during trial informant who claims to be eye witness o the occurrence did not identify the petitioner nor did he name the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 29.6.2019. Learned counsel appearing for the State as well as the informant oppose the prayer for bail.

Considering the deposition of the informant and period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner as named above be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
