The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that neither petitioner is named in the F.I.R. nor any incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious possession, but only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, was was apprehended on spot with arms and ammunition, he has been made accused in this case.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that petitioner has got three criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of accusation and criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53822 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 antecedent of this petitioner, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
