2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already given representations dated 16.08.2023 and 07.04.2025 (Annexure P/4 series) and direction may be given to the competent authority to dispose of the same.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-State submits that he has no objection if a direction is given to the Respondent No. 8 to consider the same and pass necessary orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above made submissions, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 8 to dispose of the representations dated 16.08.2023 and 07.04.2025 (Annexure P/4 series) of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the parties.

5. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
