It appears that a report was called for about the present status of the case and the same has been sent, which shows that now the case is pending only for the evidence of Investigating Officer.

This appeal is for grant of regular bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 184 of 2015 registered for the offence under section 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code. Submission of the learned counsel for the appellant is that the appellant has falsely been implicated in this case and no offence is made out against the appellant under section 366 of the Indian Penal Code. The appellant is in custody for three years. Heard learned Special Public Prosecutor also. Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1083 of 2016 (7) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 now the trial is at last stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the appellant. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed with a direction to the Special Judge to conclude the trial within a period of three months, as it is pending only for the evidence of the Investigating Officer, which will appear from the aforesaid report and at the same time, the Superintendent of Police of the concerned district is also directed to produce the Investigating Officer in the Court at the very next day.
