Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47A of the Excise Act.

It is alleged that from the shop of the petitioner 50 sachet of country made liquor each containing 200 M.L. kept in plastic bags were recovered.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that without verification of the fact that the shop belonging to the petitioner accusation has been levelled against the petitioner. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26779 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Excise Case No.- C146 of 2013, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
