The 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara has sought three to four months time more to conclude Sessions Trial No. 154 of 2016 arising out of Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 38 of 2001 on the ground that only one charge sheet witness has been examined and for the rest witnesses bailable and non-bailable warrants have already been issued to procure attendance of rest of the prosecution witnesses. Under the circumstances, further four months time is granted to the learned trial Judge to conclude Sessions Trial No. 154 of 2016 arising out of Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 38 of 2001.
