The petitioner is in custody in connection with Forest P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 50, 9 of the Animal Protection Act, 1972.
Allegation against this petitioner is that the petitioner was involved in the trade of deer meat.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.06.2019.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
