Petitioner seeks bail in Goraul P.S. Case No.312 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 398, 427 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Name of the petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of Kamlesh Sahani, who has already been granted bail by this Court by order dated 26.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27485 of 2019.

Petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2019.
