The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 504, 506, 341 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of creating hindrance in discharge of the public duty by the petitioners.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and petitioners have got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63314 of 2021(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhagalpur/concerned Court in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 470 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U
