The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act Amended 2016.

From the backside of house of petitioner in a bamboo clump liquor was recovered and it is alleged that the same was of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Submission is that the place of recovery is accessible by anyone. Petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2020. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Case No. 222 of 2020, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
