The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no enquiry report was given to the petitioner with the show cause but it appears from perusal of the show cause that inspection report of four pages was attached with the show cause. It is pointed out that there is statutory provision of revision against the order of Collector before the Divisional Commissioner but the same has not been exhausted. Having considered the facts, I dispose of this writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.15150 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2020 2/2 petition with a direction to the petitioner to file revision before the Divisional Commissioner within 30 days from the date of this order and on such the Divisional Commissioner shall dispose of the revision and pass reasoned order within 60 days, which is statutory period for disposal of revision, from the date of filing of revision.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
