Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had earlier filed an anticipatory bail application vide Cr. Misc. No. 35106 of 2019 along with other accused person namely, Pintu Yadav @ Pintu Kumar and that anticipatory bail application was dismissed as withdrawn. Learned counsel next submits that due to inadvertent mistake this 2nd application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner, as such, he seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10216 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
