The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 457, 354, 323, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the co-accused Deepu @ Sumant Kumar entered into the house of the informant and tried to outrage the modesty of the daughter of the informant. Deepu @ Sumant Kumar was caught on the spot. Subsequently, on alarm being raise the family members of Deepu @ Sumant Kumar including the petitioner got him released.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the victim girl has submitted an application before the S.S.P., Gaya, that the petitioner being the father of Deepu @ Sumant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34261 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 Kumar, under misconception the case has been lodged. Deepu @ Sumant Kumar has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 34364 of 2015.

Considering the version of victim girl, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
