The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under sections147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 384, 506, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i)(x)(xi) SC & St (POA) Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire allegation against the petitioners is false and the injury report did not justify and supports the first information report. Considering the allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that they have no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or
