Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail for one year. The petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2020. Submission is that this is first misuse of the petitioner. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial and undertakes not to defeat or delay the trial due to his absence. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

No.10219 of 2021(2) dt.29-06-2021 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Phulparas Police Station Case No.89 of 2016 giving rise to S.T.No.241 of 2017 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.

(d) The petitioner shall not default in future, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to conclude the trial keeping the petitioner in custody.
