2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 133 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner was having love affairs with the son of the informant. It is alleged that petitioner used to pressurize the informant's son to marry with her and also used to extort money from him and taunt him. It is further alleged that on being pressurized by the petitioner, informant's son committed suicide.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is a married woman having three children and

There was no possibility of marriage between the deceased and the petitioner. Petitioner is 11 years older than the victim. Question of enticement does not arise. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. She is in custody since 09.05.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted. There is no chance of tampering with the evidence or absconding of the petitioner. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties and facts and circumstances of the case and the allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Khizersarai P.S.
