JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER --------------- 13-02-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner to press the present writ petition. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that on previous occasions also the petitioner had defaulted and had not appeared before this Court, as a result of which the writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution by order dated 14.05.2012. However, subsequently, it was restored without giving opportunity of hearing to the respondents.

It has further been pointed out by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 2 that the order of this Court is not being complied with by the petitioner, and the petitioner is not appearing before the Deputy Development Commissioner, Buxar, as directed by this Court vide orders dated 03.03.2011, 15.04.2011 and 29.03.2012.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3337 of 2006 (9) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 petitioner has raised frivolous claims and is unnecessarily wasting the court's time.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
