2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 18.01.2024 passed by the Additional District Collector, Katihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.13293 of 2024(2) dt.05-09-2024 2/2 in Revision Case no. 66 of 2002, whereby and whereunder, the Additional District Collector, Katihar, set aside the order passed by the D.C.L.R, Barsoi, Katihar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that on being aggrieved by the order passed by the Circle Officer, Balrampur, the petitioner had preferred Mutation Appeal No. 25/2018-19 before the D.C.L.R., Balrampur, who having considered the matter has set aside the order of Circle Officer, Balrampur. Being aggrieved, respondents no. 6 to 10 preferred Mutation Revision Case no. 66 of 2022 and finally the order of the D.C.L.R, has been set aside confirming the order of the Circle Officer. Hence, the instant writ petition.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has adequate statutory remedy before the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna, under Section 9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.

5. In view of the efficacious alternative remedy, the writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to assail the impugned order before the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna.
