The petitioners being parents, cousin and brothers of the husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A,376,354 and 379/34 of the IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The prosecution case as per the written report of Gayatri Devi is to the effect that her marriage was performed with coaccused Vinayak Ram in 2011, but after the marriage torture was inflicted upon the informant for non-fulfillment of

The accused persons wanted to drive out the informant from her matrimonial house and it is alleged that co-accused Vinay Ram ravished the informant though the accusation of assault has been levelled against other in-law family members.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant and co-accused Vinay Ram (non-petitioner). It is further submitted that the husband of the informant filed Matrimonial Suit No. 24 of 2018 on 28.6.2018 before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bettiah and three months thereafter the present FIR has been registered.

Learned APP submits that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the informant and co-accused Vinay Ram (nonpetitioner), let the petitioners above named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within 12 weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 281 of 2018 subject to the
