JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2019 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court by order dated 9.5.2019 passed in Cr. Misc.No. 21551 of 2019 with observation that petitioner to surrender and pay at least 50% of the consideration amount and there is allegation that petitioner has taken consideration money but not executed sale deed.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is ready to pay the 50% of the amount. Heard learned APP.

In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court. However, it is made clear that if petitioner is ready to deposit 50% of the amount even in reasonable instalment, learned court below shall consider the same and pass appropriate order, if possible, on the
