The present application has been filed for directing the respondent authority to remove the encroachment of the government land situated in Village- Manikpur bearing Khata No. 120, Plot No. 317 and 318 bearing Area 3 decimal and 15 decimal, Mauza- Manikpur, Block Simri, Police StationSimri, District- Buxar as well as Khata No. 121 Plot No. 398, 441, 458, 492, 338, 342, 344, 370, 378, 113, 296, 326, 337, 432, 433, 434 total Area- 4 Acre 65 decimal, recorded in Jamabandi Panji/Khatiyan 'Anabad Sarb Sadharan' was encroached by the Villagers, which are used for public purpose/ common people of Village- Manikpur.

3. The Circle Officer, Simri, Buxar is directed to consider the representation dated 20.07.2023. He is also directed to get the matter enquired and if any encroachment is found, he shall initiate encroachment proceeding after hearing the parties and he will decide the aforesaid representation within four months by a speaking order in accordance with law.
4. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
