The application seeks restoration of CWJC No. 2019 of 2015 to its original file which stood dismissed for non prosecution on 16.07.2015.

Mr. Bhagat explains the circumstances under which he could not present himself in Court.

Mr. Deo who has appeared on behalf of the respondent no.6 has informed the Court that Kisan Sewa Kendra for the location in question after dismissal of the writ application has been allotted to respondent no.6 which has already been commissioned.

Be that as it may, considering the statements made in the application and submissions made in support thereof the same is
