The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 110 of 2018, registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a)/26 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that informant being the SubInspector of Sheohar Police Station received information on 30.05.2018 at 9.35 A.M. about causing injury through fire arm due to dispute of dismantling of soling road and Ashok Singh caused injury to Navin Singh by fire arm. In course of search of house of petitioner, two live cartridges of 12 bore were recovered. The informant also came to know that injured Navin Singh has been rushed for treatment to the hospital. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71407 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 regarding causing of injury of Navin Singh Sheohar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018 is, separately, instituted. The present case is only recovery of two cartridges to the bed of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent except Sheohar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018 related to the same occurrence and he is in custody since 14.06.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 110 of 2018. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
